1. Order Processing & Dispatch
- We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GMT) may be processed the following business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
2. Delivery Charges & Timeframes
- We offer a flat-rate delivery charge per order regardless of order size.
- Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch.
- We only deliver within the United Kingdom.
3. Free Delivery Promotions
- From time to time, we may offer free delivery coupons as part of special promotions on our website.
- Free delivery may also be available based on your total spend—specific details will be provided during active promotions.
4. Large Orders & Special Arrangements
- For very large orders, we reserve the right to negotiate a shipping cost based on weight, volume, and destination.
- If you require express delivery, we do not offer this option online, but we can make special arrangements with you and a courier service upon request. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss available options.
5. Lost or Delayed Orders
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 2 business days before contacting us.
- If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
